About this facility

This facility features drive up units with large motorized roll up doors for easy access. Units are large enough to accommodate RV’s, boats and other large vehicles. Access is available year-round, twenty fours a day, seven days a week.  In addition to our unit storage, we have outdoor parking, both covered and uncovered.  A well-lit and fully fenced facility, this property also has cameras throughout the property and there is a pump station onsite for tenant use. Easy and multiple payments are offered at no additional charge.

Details and Directions

 From the North:

  • Take 15 South and exit 115A onto the 210 West toward Pasadena.
  • Exit 58 for Archibald, and use the left two lanes to turn left onto Archibald.  
  • Turn right onto Arrow Route.
  • Turn left onto Hellman Ave.
  • The facility will be on your right-hand side. 

From the South:

  • Take 15 North and exit 109 to the 10 West.
  • Exit 55B for Archibald Ave. 
  • Turn right at the exit to continue onto N Archibald Ave.  
  • Then turn left onto E 8th Street followed by a right onto Hellman Ave.
  • The facility will be on your left-hand side.  

From the East:

  • Connect to the 10 West and exit 55B for Archibald Ave.  
  • Turn right at the exit to continue onto N Archibald Ave.  
  • Then turn left onto E 8th Street followed by a right onto Hellman Ave.
  • The facility will be on your left-hand side.  

From the West:

  • Take 10 East to exit 54 for Vineyard Ave.
  • Use the left two lanes to turn left onto N Vineyard Ave.
  • Turn right at E. 8th Street.
  • Turn left onto Hellman Ave.
  • The facility will be on your left-hand side.

Small Storage Units

5x5: This unit is great for seasonal storage such as skis, bikes, beach gear and luggage. Also holds a twin mattress set, chest of drawers, chair, desk, filing cabinet and misc small items.

5x10: Perfect for storing items from a studio or a small one-bedroom apartment. This unit will hold a full/queen mattress set, sofa, dining room set plus boxes as well as the smaller items that fit in a 5x5 and locker above.

5x15: This unit stores a one-bedroom apartment including appliances. There’s room for everything in the 5x10 storage plus a refrigerator or patio furniture or other medium-sized miscellaneous items.

Storage units - 100 square feet

10x10: This unit stores a one-to-two-bedroom apartment including appliances. There’s room for everything in the 5x10 storage plus a refrigerator, washer/dryer, patio furniture and many miscellaneous items.

Storage units - 150 square feet

10x15: This unit stores a two-to-three-bedroom apartment including appliances. Store everything with enough room for appliances, many boxes and miscellaneous items.

Medium Storage Units

10x10: This unit stores a one-to-two-bedroom apartment including appliances. There’s room for everything in the 5x10 storage plus a refrigerator, washer/dryer, patio furniture and many miscellaneous items.

10x20: Here’s enough space for a small three-to-four bedroom apartment or home. Store everything with enough room for appliances, patio furniture, many boxes and miscellaneous. A popular size with our commercial customers who have excess inventory.

Large Storage Units

10x25: Enough storage for a large family, this unit holds items from a three-to-four bedroom apartment or house with room for garage extras. Of course there’s space for appliances, furniture, boxes and other miscellaneous items too. A popular size with our commercial customers who have excess inventory.

10x35: Store everything from a four-to-five bedroom home in this huge space. There’s room for all the bedroom, dining, living and office furniture. Plus space for appliances, garage items, patio furniture, many boxes and even the kitchen sink. A popular size with our commercial customers who have excess inventory. Generally on 1st floor for quick and easy access. Drive up units often available.

Motorcycle Storage Units

This uncovered parking space is just large enough for your motorcycle, without renting a full size parking space. This space may also fit a small trailer or scooter.
